You’ve just flown into Sydney – how are you acclimatising?
I’m going to treat myself to a facial; I’ve been seeing Dee at the Clear Skin Clinic for years, and Ill be stopping by Valonz for a trim and a treatment. I’m staying at the QT hotel so I’ll have a few of their signature massages before and during the week.
How do you keep your energy up throughout the week?
Fresh fruit and vegetable juices – I like Orchard Street juices, and there’s a few of my favourite green juice recipes at my website. And a few swims at Bondi!
What healthy snacks do you take with you on the road?
I like almonds, apples, dark chocolate and water. Kale chips also make great snacks on the go.

Being healthy is something I learned from a very young age. Looking after yourself on the inside helps with your energy, makes your skin glow and changes your whole outlook on life.
