Es una canción sobre necrofilia y amor a la muerte. Y sobre el profundo pasado de los amantes. Es considerada una de las canciones que generan más controversia, y fue inspirada en la muerte del padre de Till, al que nunca quizo.
En vivo, la canción es impredecible. En el Bizarre Festival de Colonia en 1997, al principio hay un par de muñecas inflables que explotan y al final, después de Till decir las últimas líneas (rara vez dichas en vivo) Till golpea a un Flake de manequí sacándole la cabeza y haciendo que salgan chispas de esta.
